The following activities are explicitly prohibited on Kosovaks infrastructure.
Violations result in immediate, non-negotiable termination.
✕ No Marketing Traffic
Our IP pools are designated for Transactional/System alerts only. Newsletters, sales blasts, and promotional offers are strictly forbidden.
✕ No Cold Outreach
You may not send email to anyone who has not explicitly requested it (Inbound only). Cold emailing or lead generation campaigns are blocked.
✕ Prohibited Industries
We do not service: Cryptocurrency, Gambling, Payday Loans, Adult Content, Pharmaceutical Sales, or Multi-Level Marketing (MLM).
✓ Allowed Use Cases
- System Alerts (Downtime, Security)
- Authentication (2FA, Password Reset)
- Billing (Invoices, Receipts)
- Shipping Updates
